Black Ops (Black Lines) hydro dipping film features a topographic map pattern that draws inspiration from the tactical covert operations of the 1960s and 1980s. These operations spanned multiple geographical locations and thus required different colorations to blend in with the environment. Black Ops (Black Lines) can be used with ANY base coat color. Try it with tan, gray, brown, and OD green.
