    The film looks great but as soon as it was placed on the water it would start to tear apart and places.

      Your film is upside down! Make sure you are putting the sticky side down!

    This film produces very nice results, I use allot of this pattern and my customers are happy with the outcome. I use a metallic graphite base with this pattern.
